The hotel is on a quiet cobbled street steps from Piazza Navona. The Pantheon is 5 minutes away, Trevi Fountain a 12-minute walk, and the Colosseum around 25 minutes on foot. The Vatican is reachable in approximately 30 minutes walking. The area is pedestrian-friendly, with taxis able to drop you at the door. For public transport, bus stops are a couple of minutes away, and Termini station can be reached by bus in about 15 minutes. The surrounding streets are lined with excellent restaurants, bars, and shops, and a police presence makes the neighbourhood feel safe. No on-site parking is available; the nearest garage is at Cavour Square, an 8-10-minute walk.

Rooms feature cool tiled floors, purple curtains and bedspreads, and dark minimalist furniture, with some rooms offering exposed wooden ceiling beams. All rooms include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, minibar, electric kettle, coffee maker, and a private bathroom with either a shower or bathtub. Superior rooms have a small balcony. Apartments (outside the main building) include a kitchenette or full kitchen, separate living area, and some have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bed sizes include king-size and twin options; pillows and mattresses are generally described as of high quality. Some rooms on lower floors or facing the street may experience noise, and certain rooms have limited natural light. The top-floor rooms are noted for their quietness and comfort. Cribs are available on request.

Breakfast is served from 07:00. The buffet offers a range of sweet items (pastries, cakes, croissants, yogurt, fruit, cereals) and savoury options (bacon, scrambled eggs, cold cuts, cheese), plus fresh coffee and juices. Breakfast is included in some rates or can be paid for separately (€8-€15 per person). Room service for breakfast is also available. There is no restaurant or bar on site, but dozens of cafes, trattorias, and bistros are within a 3-5-minute walk, including Giolitti (gelato, 0.5 km) and several wine bars at 0.5 km. Wellness facilities such as a spa or pool are not part of the hotel. Leisure activities rely entirely on the surrounding city, with all major tourist attractions and parks within walking distance.
