Each apartment includes a separate living room and bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide, smaller than a standard UK double, and suitable for one or two smaller people). The private bathroom has a shower (no bathtub) with free toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, cookware, and utensils. In-unit laundry includes a washer/dryer. Additional amenities include a work desk, TV, wardrobe, safe, ironing facilities, and free WiFi. Rooms have large windows - some apartments on lower floors facing the road may hear street noise, but double glazing reduces sound. Some apartments have windows that are difficult to open and no air conditioning, so a portable fan is provided. Rooms can feel warm; light sleepers may prefer a quieter unit on higher floors. Pillows are flat. Twin beds are not available.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service at the property. Each apartment has a full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cookware for preparing your own meals. Several restaurants are within a 3-minute walk: Cote Brasserie, Hard Rock Cafe, Miller & Carter Steakhouse, Wagamama, Dishoom, and others. The apartment is surrounded by shops and cafes for grocery and takeaway options.
