The property is a 10-minute drive from Lanzarote Airport, and a bus stop 3 minutes away runs the 161 line to the airport and Playa Blanca. The main commercial strip (Avenida de las Playas) is a 5-10 minute walk downhill, while returning involves a short but noticeable uphill section that some may prefer to do by taxi. The old town is about 15 minutes on foot. Several restaurants, bars and a supermarket are within a few hundred metres. Parking is available on the street nearby but not on site. The location is rated highly for its convenience to beach, shopping and dining.

All rooms feature a kitchenette for self-catering. Accommodation types range from standard studios with garden or road views to deluxe studios with pool views and a double bed. Some deluxe units have been recently refurbished with modern bathrooms and walk-in showers, while standard rooms retain older fixtures - stained baths, grubby shower curtains, tired furniture and uncomfortable mattresses are noted in unrefurbished units. There is no air conditioning; a few rooms have ceiling fans (primarily deluxe categories), and a fan can be rented for €15 per week. Privacy on ground-floor terraces can be limited; rooms facing the pool offer more direct sun in the late afternoon, while garden-view rooms may look onto a wall, a building site or a road. Noise carries easily through corridors and walls, and door-slamming is a known issue. The bathroom bins are for used toilet paper (not to be flushed), and trash is emptied only on cleaning days.

The on-site restaurant, set beside the salt-water pool, offers a menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner items, including tapas, burgers, baguettes and full meals. Drinks include cocktails such as mojitos, Tequila Sunrise and Cosmopolitan, as well as beer, wine and soft drinks. Pool bar snacks are reasonably priced. A coffee shop and vending machines for drinks and snacks are also available. Packed lunches and grocery deliveries can be arranged. For self-catering, the kitchenette in each room allows full meal preparation, and a supermarket is within 100 metres.

The pool area is recently refurbished, with a shallow end, pool with a view, and a dedicated pool bar. It is quiet and adults-only, with plenty of sun loungers. The fitness centre is free to use and includes basic equipment; towels are provided. A solarium and public bath add to the wellness options. Massage services (back, foot, full body, head, neck) are available for an additional charge. Activities such as billiards, cycling, diving, fishing, golf (within 3 km), hiking and snorkelling can be arranged off-site, some at extra cost. The beach is a 5-minute walk away.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. The 24-hour front desk can assist with tour booking, taxi ordering, and renting bicycles or cars. A paid airport shuttle service can be arranged after booking. Luggage storage is free, and a free shower room can be booked at reception on check-out day. Limited mobility guests will find wheelchair-accessible rooms, a lower bathroom sink, toilet grab rails, and two ground-floor deluxe units, but there is no lift in the complex. Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV, smoke alarms and a safe (for a fee). Pets under 5 kg are accepted in certain room types. The property does not have laundry facilities, but a launderette is nearby. Irons can be borrowed from reception.
