This complex sits on a gentle hill, about 5 minutes' walk downhill to the main avenue of restaurants, bars, and shops. The beach (La Avenida de las Playas) is 250 metres away. A supermarket is directly opposite, and a bus route is 3 minutes away. The new town area with the casino is nearby. There is a steep hill leading from the strip up to the complex; those with mobility concerns should take a taxi. A taxi from the airport takes about 10 minutes and costs approximately €20.

Standard apartments sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child: a bedroom with two single beds (can be pushed together), and a sofa in the lounge for one person. Some apartments have a balcony (first floor) or terrace (ground floor). Each apartment has a private bathroom, ceiling fans in both the lounge and bedroom (no air conditioning), and a flat-screen TV with English channels. Kitchen equipment includes a toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. Beds have been described as comfortable, though road-facing apartments can be noisy due to street cleaning, restaurant bins, or club music. Some lower-floor apartments may have limited views or be affected by noise from the laundry room. Renovations are ongoing, with some apartments featuring modern interiors, walk-in showers, and updated furniture.

Nico's is open for lunch and dinner (Monday-Sunday, 13:00-22:30) and serves international dishes. The pool bar offers a breakfast (half breakfast €3.99, full English ~€3.95), plus two cocktails for €10. Packed lunches and grocery deliveries are available. There is a children's menu, and special diets can be catered for on request. Several nearby restaurants include Asia Delicious (0.5 km), Pinocchio Pizzeria (0.5 km), and Everest Indian (0.5 km).

The main pool and a separate children's pool are both saltwater and heated. The pool area has a non-slip surface and comfortable sun loungers with mattresses. Sunbed allocation is not controlled, so early booking is common. The pool bar is open from 10:00 to 22:00. There is no spa, but beauty services and an open-air bath are available. Off-site activities include golf (within 3 km), tennis, hiking, diving, fishing, windsurfing, and a water park.
