The hotel sits on Avinguda Marquès de l'Argentera, a main road directly across from Estació de França train station, providing quick rail links to the airport and Sitges. Barceloneta Metro Station (L4) is 300 metres away, putting the city centre just five minutes away by train. The surrounding El Born neighbourhood is packed with bars, restaurants, boutiques, and the Mercat del Born public market. The Gothic Quarter is a short walk, while Las Ramblas is about 15-20 minutes on foot. A taxi rank is located right outside the hotel.

Rooms range from singles (10 m2) to superior triples with three beds (18 m2). Deluxe and Superior rooms offer 15 m2, while Superior rooms with terrace add an 8 m2 outdoor space overlooking the avenue. Each room includes a desk, safe, hairdryer, fridge, and a Nespresso machine (coffee pods are charged separately). Bathrooms are private with a shower and modern fixtures. Some rooms show signs of wear, and a few may have a faint smell or dated elements. Road-facing rooms can be noisier; rooms at the side or higher floors are quieter. All rooms have electronic blackout curtains.

Breakfast runs from 07:00 to 11:00 and includes a continental spread with breads, pastries, fruits, yogurts, boiled eggs, and hot drinks; vegan options like almond milk are available. The breakfast is widely considered good value and can be added during booking. The rooftop pool (0.8 metres deep) is unheated and open year-round, though cooler outside summer. It offers panoramic views over the city. The surrounding sun terrace has loungers and beach towels provided at no extra cost. The pool area is compact but appreciated as a refreshing spot after sightseeing.

The reception is staffed 24 hours a day and can assist with concierge services, tour desk, and arranging taxis. Free luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures. Daily housekeeping is provided. The hotel has two lifts and is wheelchair-accessible with adapted rooms available on request. Paid services include laundry, dry cleaning, and a shuttle service.
