The hotel sits on a hillside in a quiet residential area just outside Barcelona's historic centre, offering a relaxed alternative to the busy tourist core. Vallcarca metro station (L3) is a 5-minute walk downhill, while the return walk is uphill - using Penitents station instead provides a flatter approach. Bus routes V19 and 22 stop nearby. The location is particularly convenient for visitors to the Delfos and Quiron medical clinics, and the lively squares of Gràcia district with their bars and restaurants are within a short walk. Several supermarkets and a pharmacy are within a minute's walk; the main tourist landmarks, including Camp Nou and the Gothic Quarter, are a short metro ride away.

Standard rooms are comfortable but on the smaller side, with marble bathrooms, hairdryers, and safety deposit boxes. Premium rooms (14-18 m2) offer renovated contemporary decor, VIP bathroom amenities, bathrobes, slippers, and an electric kettle. Premium Terrace and Premium Deluxe rooms add a private terrace or solarium with sun loungers. The Quadruple (25 m2) and Family (22 m2) rooms are spacious. All rooms feature air conditioning or heating, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi. Rooms on lower floors or facing internal courtyards can become warm in summer. Soundproofing is limited, with noise from corridors and neighbouring rooms being common; hall-facing rooms near elevators or stairwells are the noisiest.

The breakfast buffet includes bread, pastries, cereals, fresh juice from an orange juicer, hot items such as sausages, omelettes, pancakes, and gluten-free options - replenished regularly during service. The Gastrobar is an informal space open daily until 22:30, serving a Mediterranean menu of meat, fish, pasta, and snacks, alongside classic and creative cocktails. Room service is available during the same hours, with the same menu including vegetarian options. For early risers or those with tight schedules, breakfast can be hectic, and late arrivals may find some items running low.

The rooftop pool is unheated and open 365 days a year from 10:00 to 19:00-20:00. Although small (suitable for cooling off rather than swimming), it provides a pleasant spot to relax with panoramic views over Barcelona. Sun loungers are available, though in high demand. Free pool towels are provided. The fitness centre is small but well-equipped for basic workouts. Massages can be arranged on request at the reception. No spa or other wellness facilities are available.
