Barcelona El Prat Airport is 12 km away; the airport bus stop is a 12-minute walk, and the metro provides direct connections. Sant Miquel Beach is 3 km away. The immediate neighbourhood is lively and densely built, with a mix of local shops and restaurants. A security guard is stationed at the entrance from early evening to late night, reflecting the area's mixed character. Transport: metro, bus, and taxis are readily available.

Room sizes vary: standard double rooms measure around 15-22 m2, while triple rooms include additional living space. Standard rooms may have a balcony upon request (subject to availability), and deluxe rooms come with a private terrace. Single-use travellers may be assigned a smaller room if no standard room is available. Soundproofing between rooms and from the street is limited; road-facing rooms can be noisy, while internal courtyard rooms are quieter. Air conditioning is installed but has required manual resets in the past; if issues occur, report at reception. All rooms are non-smoking.
