Metro station Jaume I (L4, Yellow Line) is directly outside the entrance, giving quick access to the rest of the city - Sagrada Família is a 30-40 minute walk or a short metro ride. The area is lively day and night, with many restaurants, bakeries, patisseries and shops immediately around the hotel.

Hotel Suizo has 65 rooms spread across several categories: Double/Twin, Quadruple, Double for Single Use, Triple, Triple with Attic, and Twin Attic. Standard double/twin rooms are exterior-facing and most have a balcony overlooking the Gothic Quarter. Quadruple rooms offer four beds and soundproof walls. Attic rooms on the top floor have a distinctive sloped ceiling and skylight windows instead of exterior windows, making them more compact. All rooms include air conditioning and heating (seasonally controlled), a private bathroom with hairdryer and amenities, satellite TV, a free safety deposit box, and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms have a fridge. Bed firmness varies - some find beds comfortable, others consider them firm or springy. Road-facing rooms can pick up street noise, but balcony doors effectively block most exterior sound when closed.
