The San Zaccaria vaporetto stop is only 2 minutes on foot, providing direct waterbus connections to the airport (Alilaguna BLUE LINE) and the train station (lines 1, 2, 4.1, 5.1). From Marco Polo Airport, take the Alilaguna waterbus (€15) to San Zaccaria. From Treviso Airport, take an ATVO bus to Piazzale Roma (70 min), then a waterbus to San Zaccaria. Parking is not available in Venice; cars must be left at Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto (then waterbus). The area has numerous restaurants and shops within a short walk, yet the hotel remains relatively quiet.

Rooms vary in size; some are spacious, others compact. All include a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a wardrobe, safe, and tiled floors. Twin beds are available on request; some rooms have a double bed plus a single. Rooms facing the street may experience noise from the bar and trattoria below, while rooms overlooking the church tend to be quieter. A lift serves all floors. Kettle available on request.
