The hotel faces Madrid's Royal Palace and Sabatini Gardens, offering a central yet relatively quiet setting near Plaza de España. Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol are all within a comfortable walk, placing cultural sights and a wide range of shops within easy reach. Príncipe Pío railway station and metro stop are a short walk away, providing direct connections across the city and to the airport via Chamartín. A taxi to Atocha station can readily be called from reception. The area has numerous restaurants and one of Madrid's highest location scores for walkability.

Room types include doubles, twins, triples, spacious quadruple rooms and suites. Some double rooms feature views of the Royal Palace; interior courtyard-facing rooms offer quieter stays. Bathrooms are private with either a bath or shower, free toiletries and hairdryer. Windows can be opened in tilt-and-turn mode. A kettle and tea/coffee supplies are provided, but only paper cups are standard. Rooms generally feel comfortable for sightseeing stays, though some units are more compact. Double-glazing helps with street noise, but corridor noise can be noticeable.
