Three metro stations are nearby - Chueca (line 5) is the closest, and Atocha station is reachable by metro line 1. From the airport, the easiest option is a 20-minute taxi ride; by public transport, take line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios, then transfer to lines 10 and 5 to Chueca. The area feels safe, has a vibrant atmosphere, and is filled with bars, cafés, and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Taxis are readily available at the hotel.

Rooms are decorated by Tomás Alía with bright colours and fun furniture, measuring from 21-26 m2 (Standard/Deluxe) up to 54 m2 (Suite). Standard rooms offer double or twin beds, a full bathroom with shower or bathtub, minibar, and a flat-screen TV. Junior Suites (33 m2) add a king-size bed and a sofa. Mini Suites (43 m2) and Suites (54 m2) include a private balcony or terrace - the only categories with outdoor space. The Suite also features a separate living room, an en-suite bathtub, and a shower with direct terrace access. Triple rooms with a double and a single bed are available. All rooms include coffee/tea service, a safe, soundproofing, free Wi-Fi, and a hairdryer. Rooms facing the street or plaza have better light and views, while lower-floor interior-facing rooms can be darker and overlook a courtyard. Street-facing rooms are quieter than those near internal corridors or the rooftop terrace.
