The hotel sits on a relatively quiet street in the heart of Madrid, within easy walking distance of Preciados shopping street, Plaza Mayor, the Thyssen Museum, and Callao Metro Station (150 metres). The area is packed with shops, restaurants, and nightlife, yet the immediate street remains calm. For airport access, use Sol Metro or suburban rail, both a short walk away. Taxis may drop off at nearby intersections due to narrow streets. Parking is available at a nearby public car park for €28 per day with a hotel discount.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The 24-hour reception can assist with concierge services, tour bookings, and taxi arrangements. Daily housekeeping is included, while laundry and ironing are available for an additional charge. Luggage storage is free before check-in and after checkout, useful for late flights.
