The hotel is just off La Rambla, with the harbour and Plaza Catalunya Square both within a 10-minute walk. The Drassanes Metro station (L3 green line) is a two-minute walk, providing direct access to the city centre and the airport via a 35-40 minute Aerobús ride. The Born district, with its trendy bars and international restaurants, is nearby. The port is about 15 minutes by car or a short walk, and a taxi from the port takes roughly 5 minutes. The surrounding area includes dark alleys and can feel lively at night, particularly around the hotel entrance. For solo female travellers, the immediate surroundings after dark may feel less comfortable; using the main streets and the Metro is recommended.

All rooms are air-conditioned and include a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, fridge, electric kettle, hair dryer, and free Wi-Fi. Many rooms have a balcony or terrace, and triple rooms are available with one double and one single bed (subject to availability). Standard Single Rooms are interior rooms without windows. Some rooms have small kitchenettes. Rooms vary in size; some are described as spacious while others are compact. Noise from the street, neighbouring rooms, and the corridor can be an issue, especially in rooms near lifts or stairs. Rooms with balconies have independent heating and air conditioning. Interconnecting rooms are not available. Cribs for children up to 3 years old are free on request. Irons and ironing boards are available from the front desk. All windows open, and some rooms offer a terrace.

Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 11:30 and includes a buffet with continental options, bread, pastries, cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, and fruit. Coffee is from an espresso machine. The hotel's restaurant offers Spanish cuisine with vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. It is open Monday-Sunday 07:30-23:00 (until 00:00 Friday-Saturday, until 16:00 Sunday).
