Hotel Details

Location

At Calle de la Cruzada, 1, in the heart of Madrid - 3 minutes from Mercado San Miguel and 5 minutes from the Royal Palace.

The property sits on a quiet residential street yet is within a 5-minute walk of Opera metro station and a 10-minute walk of Gran Via. Plaza Mayor is 400m away, Puerta del Sol is 9 minutes on foot, and Atocha train station is 2.6km away. The neighbourhood is packed with tapas bars and restaurants, such as Arbonaida Bar and Can Punyetes, both a 3-minute walk away. Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 14km from the property, with a paid shuttle service available. Parking is at a nearby private garage (€20 per day, reservation required); the narrow streets and ZTL zones make driving less convenient than walking or using the metro.

Dining

No on-site restaurant or bar, but the property is surrounded by dozens of tapas bars and restaurants within a 3-minute walk.

Suites You Soho does not offer breakfast, a restaurant, or a bar. However, the location puts you right in Madrid's culinary heart. Within a 3-minute walk you will find Arbonaida Bar, Can Punyetes, Bar Santos, Dans Le Noir?, and La Gastroteca de Santiago. A supermarket is also nearby for self-catering supplies. For a fuller meal, Plaza Mayor and the Latina district are a 5-minute walk away and offer a wide range of traditional and modern Spanish cuisine. If you need a quick coffee or pastry, several cafés are just around the corner.

Leisure

No spa, pool, or gym on site. The main leisure option is the immediate access to Madrid's historic centre on foot.

There are no wellness or sports facilities within the property. For relaxation, the neighbourhood offers walking tours, shopping on Gran Via, the Royal Palace gardens, and the Plaza Mayor square. The nearest metro station (Opera) connects quickly to Retiro Park and other green spaces. The property's central location makes it ideal for travellers who prefer sightseeing and dining over on-site leisure.

Amenities

Free Wi-Fi, app-based keyless entry, luggage storage at the reception office, and paid airport shuttle. No daily housekeeping.

Check-in and access are managed entirely through the Stya My Way app - no physical keys are used. The reception office (Calle de Bordadores 9, Bajo F) is a short walk from the rooms and is open Monday-Saturday 11:00-19:00 and Sunday 11:00-15:00. Luggage can be left there before check-in or after check-out. A paid airport shuttle costs €35 for up to 3 people (€45 for 4, €55 for 7, €65 for 8) one way. Private parking is available off-site at €20 per day and must be reserved in advance. Towels are changed after 2 nights; additional cleaning carries an extra fee. Wi-Fi is free and covers all areas. The property is wheelchair accessible, with raised toilets, grab rails, and accessible rooms.
