Room types include options with twin, double or multiple single beds. Many rooms are compact, with limited storage and no TV, telephone, minibar, hairdryer or kettle. Some rooms have no exterior window, only a frosted pane opening onto the internal atrium, providing little natural light and limited ventilation. Windows on ground-floor rooms may not lock fully. Walls are thin, and noise from adjacent rooms, the corridor and the lift shaft can be significant, especially at night. The air conditioning in some units is restricted to a minimum temperature of 23 °C and may beep periodically. Beds are firm; mattresses and pillows vary in comfort. Daily housekeeping changes towels and makes the bed. Rooms with a street-facing window and balcony offer more light and a view of the city.
