The hotel sits directly opposite the Arc de Triomf, with the metro station (L1) just two minutes away for quick rides to Plaza Catalunya and the airport via Aerobus. Palau de la Música Catalana is a 7-minute walk, Barcelona Cathedral is less than 1 km, and the beach is 2 km away - a 25-minute walk or a short metro ride. The El Born neighbourhood is filled with tapas bars, restaurants and shops, all within 300 metres. The location is ideal for pedestrians: the Gothic Quarter, the marina, and most major sights are reachable on foot, though the street can be lively until late, so rooms facing away from the road are significantly quieter.

Rooms are designed in a clean, minimalist style and come with a flat-screen satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities. The layout can be unconventional - the sink is often inside the bedroom, and the shower is separated from the sleeping area by an opaque glass panel, so there is limited privacy between bathroom functions. Wardrobe space is compact, suitable for a short stay, and there is no minibar or fridge. Some rooms have a small balcony with city or courtyard views; street-facing rooms can be noisy, so requesting an inner courtyard or higher-floor room is advisable. Beds are large and comfortable, and the Bluetooth ceiling speakers add a nice atmosphere.

The breakfast buffet costs 12 EUR per person and includes bread, pastries, yogurt, fruit, cheese, cold meats, eggs, bacon, sausages, hot drinks and fresh juice. The pool is a shallow, unheated plunge pool with a depth of about 70 cm, more suited for cooling off than for swimming. It sits on a sun terrace with a small number of sun loungers (not sunbeds) and a poolside bar serving drinks and snacks. The terrace also has comfortable seating areas and offers panoramic views of the city. Guests can book massages (back, foot, full body, head, neck and couples) for an additional fee.
