The hotel sits at 23 rue de Brey, a discreet paved street between Mac-Mahon and Wagram in the 17th arrondissement. Place de l'Étoile (200 m) and the Arc de Triomphe (350 m) are within easy walking distance, as are Avenue des Champs-Élysées (10 minutes), the Eiffel Tower (20 minutes on foot), and the Louvre Museum (15 minutes by metro). Metro lines 1, 2, and 6 at Charles de Gaulle-Étoile station, plus RER line A, provide direct access across the city. The surrounding Ternes area offers markets, brasseries, and shops, making it convenient for self-catering with supermarkets and restaurants within 300 m.

Room sizes vary: the Single Room (12 m2) is a compact cocoon with a simple bed, safe, and shower - ideal for solo travelers. Double Rooms (15 m2) offer a 140-160 cm bed, while Superior Rooms (15-25 m2) add L'Occitane toiletries and air conditioning. The Superior Room with Terrace (25 m2) features an 8 m2 private outdoor space. Quadruple Rooms (25 m2) sleep up to four with a large double bed and two singles. Some double and superior rooms have balconies overlooking Parisian rooftops. Soundproofing is limited - street-facing rooms may hear traffic, and internal courtyard rooms are quieter. After renovation, rooms feel modern and clean, with parquet flooring and electric kettles available on request.

Breakfast includes fresh breads, pastries, yogurt, fruit, two egg dishes, and homemade quiche or pancakes, plus good coffee. Gluten-free options are available upon request. The lounge bar serves a selection of spirits and coffee from 11:00. There is no full restaurant on site, but the surrounding area has numerous brasseries, cafés, and market options within a 3-minute walk. The hotel provides a courtesy tray in superior rooms with tea and coffee facilities.

The hotel does not have a spa, swimming pool, or fitness room. For relaxation, the private lounge offers a quiet space with bar service. Bicycle rental is available for an additional charge, encouraging sustainable transport around the city.
