The hostel sits in the Sham Shui Po neighbourhood, an authentic local area away from tourist-heavy districts. Prince Edward MTR Station is a 5-minute walk away, and Mong Kok Station is 11 minutes on foot, providing easy rail access across Hong Kong and to the airport via bus. A supermarket is directly opposite, and numerous restaurants and cafes are within a 5-minute walk. The location is well-connected by bus and MTR, making car-free exploration straightforward. Road-facing rooms can experience traffic noise, so lighter sleepers may prefer inner rooms.

Private double rooms offer a double bed, private or shared bathroom, seating area, electric kettle, and terrace. Dormitories have custom-built bunks with privacy curtains, personal reading lights, plug sockets, and large lockers (37 cm x 106 cm x 100 cm). The female dormitory accommodates up to 5 beds and includes a vanity area and hair straightener. Some rooms feature unique retro decor, including cassette players and walls decorated with tapes. Rooms are cleaned and fresh linens and towels are provided. Bed sizes are comfortable, and the dormitory layout gives ample space for luggage. For those preferring a private bathroom, select rooms are available. Note: no rooms have balconies.

The shared kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and a microwave, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. Free snacks, coffee, and tea are available daily. The hostel does not serve breakfast, but booking options may include breakfast - check availability when reserving. Surrounding the property, within a 3-minute walk, are numerous local eateries: Urban Coffee Roaster, The Hangout by Under Vacuum, Tasty Dumplings, and Handmade Dumpling, among others, offering a wide range of cuisines.

The rooftop terrace is a standout feature with ambient lighting and city views, popular for relaxing and socializing in the evenings. The games room offers darts and other games. Bicycle rental is available for an additional charge, and cycling is a recommended way to explore the local area. There is no swimming pool, spa, or gym on site. The hostel also organizes social events and activities, including live music and group outings, coordinated through the property's WhatsApp group.
