The hotel is a 2-minute walk from Nationaltheatret Station, which connects directly to the Airport Express train (20 minutes to Oslo Airport) and has tram and metro stops nearby. Oslo Central Station is about 10 minutes on foot or a short tram ride, and many major attractions are within easy walking distance. A range of restaurants including Fjord Restaurant, MeiWei, and Restaurant Eik are within 0.5 km, and the main street is 5 minutes away. For car-free travel, the tram and metro provide access to the city and nearby sculpture parks. The nearest parking (OnePark) is a 5-minute walk and costs around 380 NOK per 24 hours.

Standard double rooms are very small (starting at 8 m²) and are best suited for solo travelers or short stays with minimal luggage. The bed is often placed in an alcove, making it difficult for two people to move around simultaneously. Street-facing rooms can experience noise from late-night activity, and rooms lack wardrobes-only a few hangers are available. Suites offer significantly more space and include a separate living area, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and tea and coffee maker, plus soundproof walls. All rooms have a private bathroom (some very compact showers), heating, and carpeted floors. No rooms have balconies, air conditioning, or openable windows beyond a small tilt.

Breakfast is available Monday to Friday 06:30-10:00 and Saturday-Sunday 08:00-11:00. The buffet includes bread, pastries, yogurt, muesli, cheese, cold cuts, fruit, juice, coffee, and some hot options. Gluten-free and vegan choices are available on request. There is no restaurant on-site, but the lobby bar offers snacks, wine/champagne, and a vending machine for drinks and snacks. Special diet menus can be requested in advance.

The hotel does not have a spa, swimming pool, or fitness center. Guests can borrow bikes for city cycling (not suitable for forest trails). The lobby features a TV lounge where live sport events are shown, and there is a shuffleboard table for casual entertainment. Hiking trails are accessible in the surrounding area. The rooftop terrace is only open during summer months.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Luggage storage is available in the reception for up to 24 hours. The front desk is staffed 24/7 and can assist with late check-ins after 1 am (via intercom if main door is locked). Services include an on-site minimarket (snacks/drinks), safety deposit box, key card access, CCTV, and laundry service (dry cleaning for a fee). Pets are not allowed. The hotel is entirely non-smoking, with a designated smoking area outside.
