Playa Grande and Pocillos Beach are within a three-minute walk on either side, offering sandy alternatives. Avenida de las Playas, the main strip, is 50 metres away, providing a wide range of dining and shopping within a few minutes' walk. Lanzarote Airport is about a 10-minute drive (taxi approximately €18), and Lanzarote Golf Resort is 3 km away. The location is central yet quiet, with no traffic noise from the strip and only the sound of the waves.

The accommodation consists of one-bedroom apartments (located on the second or third floor) and two-bedroom apartments (on the ground floor), plus a studio apartment on the ground floor with a smaller bedroom and bathroom. All units have a private entrance, sea views, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a kitchenette with a kettle, microwave, oven, fridge, and cookware. One-bedroom apartments offer a private balcony, while studios have a terrace that opens onto the communal sun-lounger area. Beds are twin singles (no double beds available) and are reported as very comfortable. Air conditioning is available for an extra charge; Dyson fans and a sea breeze keep rooms cool. The property has a simple, functional design and is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.

There is no restaurant or bar on site, and breakfast is not served. The surrounding Avenida de las Playas offers a wide range of dining options within a few minutes' walk - including Pepenero, La Gruta, Restaurante Mexicano El Grill, Bollywood Indian Restaurant, The Codfather Fish and Chips, Pizzeria Napoletana, The Little Elm Restaurant, and The Whale N Ale Sports Pub, all within 0.5 km. The well-equipped kitchenette in each apartment provides the flexibility to prepare meals and store groceries, with supermarkets close by.

The property has no swimming pool, but a solarium on the ground floor provides sun loungers (with mattresses), sun umbrellas, and a direct access point to the sea for swimming. The location is ideal for beach-goers, with Playa Grande and Pocillos Beach a short walk away. A range of activities are available nearby: cycling, diving, fishing, hiking, horse riding, golf (within 3 km), snorkelling, and more. Bicycle and car hire can be arranged at an additional charge.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas and reported as excellent. Daily housekeeping is provided Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with towel changes; bins are emptied daily. Ironing service is available at an extra charge, and a private laundry service can be arranged through a third party. A free safety deposit box is provided in each apartment. Reception services include a tour desk and invoice provision. Luggage storage is available for late departures. No lift is available, and there are steps from the street to the apartments, making the property unsuitable for mobility scooters or those with severe mobility issues. Check-in is by prior arrangement: the manager meets guests on arrival.
