Located on Calle Majadas, 6, the apartments are about a 10-minute walk from the main strip, beach, and a range of restaurants including O Churrasco (0.5 km) and others (0.5 km). The Biosfera Shopping Center is a short walk away, and a bus stop (ask for Biosfera) is right outside for easy airport access. Free street parking is available nearby. The area is quiet at night yet central, making it suitable for a car-free stay.

Apartments consist of 1 bedroom, a living room, and a separate bathroom (with shower or bath). Some units have 2 bathrooms. Each has a private entrance, a terrace or balcony (top-floor units have a private balcony; others may share a balcony with a sea view), and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels including BBC and ITV. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. Bedding and towels are provided; beach towels are available at reception. Rooms are generally spacious and bright, but mattress comfort varies - some find beds firm or the base squeaky. Road-facing rooms can be noisy with traffic or buses; requesting a room away from the road is advisable for light sleepers. No air conditioning, but a fan is provided per room.

The on-site bar-restaurant is open for food and drinks, though it operates independently of the apartments. The kitchenette is well-equipped for self-catering, with a stove, microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. Nearby supermarket options include Spar and Lidl within a few minutes' walk. Several restaurants are within 0.5 km, offering a variety of cuisines.

The outdoor swimming pool is open all year (unheated) and provides sun loungers and beach chairs. A children's pool is also on site. The pool area is quiet with plenty of sunbeds and is well maintained. Barbecue facilities are available for use within the complex. For activities, the property offers bike hire and is near golf courses, windsurfing, diving, and fishing locations.
