APARTAMENTOS LIVVO OASIS, Puerto del Carmen (Lanzarote)

The apartments are on a flat street, not on a hill, making them easy to navigate on foot. The main strip of shops, bars, and dining is about 5 minutes away on foot, while the sandy beaches are roughly a 20-30 minute walk. Lanzarote Airport is 7 km away, and Timanfaya National Park is 25 km from the property. Free street parking is available nearby for those who rent a car.

Standard apartments have twin beds and a sofa bed, while Superior apartments have a double bed and no sofa bed - only Superior rooms have air conditioning. Bedrooms offer hanging space with a safe (for a fee). The bathroom is compact but includes a shower, hairdryer, and a clothes airer on the balcony. Each apartment has a kitchen with a two-ring hob, kettle, toaster, fridge with an ice box, and basic utensils. A microwave can be rented from a nearby supplier. Furniture is basic and clean, though beds are notably firm, and sound insulation is limited - lower-floor apartments can hear movement from above.

Breakfast (available at extra cost) offers a choice of two hot options, freshly cooked, plus toast and coffee. The pool bar serves a range of snacks, hot meals, and drinks until late afternoon. For self-catering, the apartment kitchen is equipped with a hob, kettle, toaster, and fridge. A Spar supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, and the main strip offers dozens of restaurants and bars within a 10-minute walk.

The outdoor swimming pool is open daily from 10:00 to 18:00 and is split into an adult and a children's section. The sun terrace around the pool has plenty of sun loungers, though towels are often placed early. A solarium is available for sunbathing. Darts and billiards are available for an extra charge, and golf, bike hire, and diving can be arranged nearby.

Reception offers currency exchange, tour desk, luggage storage, and can arrange car hire, bike rental, and taxis. WiFi is free throughout. Free public parking is available on the street nearby. Cleaning is included 5 days a week, with towels changed mid-week and bed linen changed once a week. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out at 11:30; late check-out is not available, but luggage storage and shower facilities can be used. Safety deposit boxes and iron/board are available for a fee. The property has family rooms, is non-smoking throughout, and has 24-hour security with CCTV.
