The complex is set on a gentle hill, approximately 5 minutes on foot downhill to the main beach, promenade and the lively strip lined with shops, bars and restaurants. The return walk involves a noticeable incline, which is manageable for most but worth noting for those with mobility concerns or young children in pushchairs. The immediate neighbourhood is peaceful, yet the central amenities are within easy walking distance. Free on-site street parking is available for those arriving by car, and the airport is a straightforward 15-minute drive away. Taxis can be arranged by reception for airport transfers and local trips.

Apartment sizes are generally spacious, with one- and two-bedroom configurations available. Bedding can be made up as two singles or a double upon request, and fold-out travel beds are provided for extra guests in the living area. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering, though some units lack a microwave. Bathrooms are private with a walk-in shower and include a hairdryer. Rooms are cleaned every other day, with towel and linen changes at the same interval. Apartments do not have air conditioning, but fans are available from reception. Some ground-floor patios receive very little direct sunlight, and sound insulation between units is limited - noise from neighbouring terraces can be audible. A small safe is available for an extra charge.

The on-site dining is praised for its good value, with a full English-style breakfast available daily and a choice of international dishes for lunch. Drinks are reasonably priced, and the bar remains open into the evening. For self-caterers, the fully equipped kitchen allows for cooking in the apartment, and numerous supermarkets are within a 5-minute walk. A wide range of restaurants, bars and cafés are concentrated along the nearby main strip, offering everything from Indian and Italian to Chinese and local cuisine, all within a few minutes' walk.

The main pool is heated year-round to a comfortable 25-27°C, making it usable even in winter. The separate kids' pool has a shallow end, ideal for families. A hot tub (jacuzzi) is available, though its operational status can vary - confirm upon arrival. Sun loungers are plentiful, and there is no need to reserve them early. A solarium area and sun umbrellas offer further relaxation space. For active leisure, billiards is available on-site, and golf, diving, horse riding, fishing and a water park are all accessible within a short drive or walk, some at an additional charge.

Free public street parking is available directly on site without reservation. Wi-Fi is complimentary in common areas such as the bar and pool terrace; a paid connection is needed for in-room use. Reception can arrange taxi transfers and car hire. Luggage storage and shower facilities are provided for guests with late flights. Housekeeping visits every other day, changing towels and linen. A safe is available for a small charge, and pool towels can be hired for €1 per day plus a deposit. The complex has key-card access and a locked gate at night for security. Families with infants can request a cot.
