Location

Five hundred metres from Torviscas Beach, the hotel is a 12-minute drive from Tenerife South Airport. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops surround the property.
The hotel sits in the heart of Costa Adeje, just a short walk from the beach and the lively Playa de las Américas strip. Las Américas Golf Course is 800 metres away, Costa Adeje Golf Course a 10-minute drive, and Teide National Park 40 km. The beach is reached via a steep hill, but taxis are cheap (about €4 from the front). Bus stops right outside connect to Siam Park and other attractions. The area is ideal for walkers who don't mind slopes; those with mobility concerns may prefer rooms on higher floors accessible by lift.

Dining

Buffet restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with full English/Irish, continental, and vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options. All-inclusive includes local drinks.
The all-inclusive package covers buffet meals in the basement dining room, where hot dishes can be reheated using microwaves. Breakfast offers omelettes, cereals, fresh juices, and coffee. Lunch and dinner include grilled meat, fish, salads, and daily themed variations. The pool bar serves snacks (burgers, toasties, pizza, ice cream) and local drinks during the day. Cocktails and premium spirits are extra. The hotel caters for coeliac disease and vegetarians with advance notice. Some find the food repetitive, but there is always a choice. Nearby restaurants offer variety if desired.

Wellness and Leisure

Outdoor heated pool (24-26°C), children's pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, squash court, table tennis, darts, and a games room. Evening entertainment includes bingo, karaoke, and live music.
The main pool is heated year-round and has a shallow children's section (0.8m). Sun loungers are plentiful but often reserved with towels before 9am; parasols and mattress toppers cost €2 each per day. The gym, jacuzzi, and sauna are free but require advance booking at reception. Squash and table tennis are also free. Evening entertainment runs from around 9pm to 11pm; daytime activities (aqua aerobics, mini golf) are sometimes offered. Poolside music plays daily. Note that there is no spa facility.

Facilities and Services

24-hour reception, luggage storage, laundry (extra charge), lift, wheelchair access, mobility scooter charging, and a tour desk. Wi-Fi and safety deposit box are chargeable.
The 24-hour front desk can assist with late arrivals and special requests. Luggage storage is free and useful for early check-in or late departure. Laundry service is available at an additional cost. The hotel has one lift serving all floors; during peak times, using the stairs can be quicker. The property is wheelchair accessible, with grab rails in some bathrooms and a mobility scooter charging point at reception. No pets are allowed. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Maestro, and MasterCard; cash is also accepted at check-in.
