The hotel is situated on a steep hill roughly 2 km (about a 15-20 minute walk downhill) from the main seafront and beach area of Costa Adeje. The walk back up is strenuous and is best managed by taxi (typically €5-6). A bus stop is located directly outside the reception with services running approximately every 40 minutes to the beach and shopping centres. A large shopping centre with a supermarket (Mercadona), restaurants and a Starbucks is about a 5-minute walk away. Restaurants within a 5-minute walk include Delhi Darbar, El Rinconcito Gastrobar and others. Tenerife South Airport is 18 km away; a taxi costs around €30. The sea views from many apartments and the pool area are a major benefit of the hillside position.

Accommodation options include studio apartments (one room with sofa bed, separate bathroom and terrace) and one- or two-bedroom apartments with separate bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, and a full kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Bedrooms typically have two single beds that can be pushed together or arranged as a king-size, but the mattresses have been described as firm. Bed linen and towels are included; bathrobes and hairdryers are provided. The private terrace has patio chairs and a table (no sunbeds). Most apartments face south and many have sea views, though some ground-floor terraces may be shaded and feel less private. Ceiling fans are provided; there is no air conditioning, which can make rooms very warm, especially on lower floors where windows cannot be left open at night. The property has no lift and rooms are spread over two levels.

A Danish bakery at the entrance serves coffee, pastries and fresh bread from 8:00 daily, and is a popular spot for a quick breakfast. The snack bar by the pool offers hotdogs, burgers, chips and drinks during pool hours, though food service ends at 15:30. The restaurant operates in the evening (18:00-20:00) and serves set menus including a well-regarded barbecue night on Wednesdays. The pool bar is open during the day and offers happy hour from 16:00-17:00 with 50% off selected drinks. Vending machines for drinks and snacks are available. A supermarket and minimarket are on site for self-catering supplies.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated to 26°C all year and has a shallow end suitable for children. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided, but early reservation of beds with towels is common. The pool bar serves drinks and snacks. An on-site spa (surcharge) includes a Hammam, hot tub, massage services and a relaxation area; access costs €10 per person per hour and must be booked at least two days in advance. A small fitness centre with basic equipment is available (free of charge). Leisure activities include table tennis, darts, billiards, a games room and a giant outdoor chess set. Evening entertainment (bingo, family quiz, karaoke, Loro show) is offered six nights per week. Children have a dedicated playground and an outdoor play area.

Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas (reception and some common spaces) but is not always reliable in rooms. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available for €4 per wash (coins only, open 09:00-20:00). An iron and ironing board are provided in each apartment. Safety deposit boxes are available at reception for a daily fee. Car hire and bicycle rental can be arranged. Pets are not permitted. The property is non-smoking throughout. Parking is available in a nearby private garage for €10 per day (reservation required at reception); street parking is also possible but limited. The reception desk is open 24 hours and can assist with taxi bookings and tour information.
