The hotel is situated 500 metres from Munich Central Station, providing easy access to suburban S-Bahn and U-Bahn lines. The Old Town and Marienplatz are within a 750-metre walk, and the Königsplatz Underground Station and Old Botanical Gardens are both only 300 metres away. The area around the station includes strip clubs and gambling dens, but the streets are safe and well-trafficked. A tram stop is directly outside the hotel, with the tram running past on a bend - this creates significant noise and vibration in street-facing rooms. For transit-oriented stays or those driving, parking is off-site only. A self-service laundry and several restaurants, cafés and bars are within a short walk.

Each room is decorated in a retro 60s or 70s style and includes a seating area, desk, private bathroom, flat-screen satellite TV, fridge, safe, and free Wi-Fi. Carpets and bathroom doors may show wear in some units. Pillows tend to be high and firm.

A hearty buffet breakfast is served in the breakfast room from 06:30 to 10:00 and costs €18 per person. The buffet includes bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, hot items, and hot drinks.
