The hotel is set on a main road, approximately a 10-minute walk from the central train station and a 15-30 minute walk to the historic city centre. Tram lines 18 and 19 stop directly outside, providing easy access to Karlsplatz (Stachus) and other central areas. Munich Airport is 30 km away and reachable via the S-Bahn (S8 line) or Lufthansa Express Bus from the central station. The area has a range of restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes' walk, though street noise from traffic and trams can be noticeable, especially in lower-floor rooms.

Room types include single, double, twin/double, family rooms, and suites. Double and twin rooms are compact but functional; some rooms have a large concrete pillar that reduces usable space. Family rooms consist of two separate rooms linked by an external corridor, which is less convenient for younger children. All rooms have a mini-fridge, safe, and soundproofed windows.
