The central Christmas market and city centre are about a 20-minute walk or a short tram ride. For Oktoberfest visitors, the Theresienwiese grounds are a 7-minute drive away. Heavy-duty truck traffic on the main road can be loud, particularly if windows are open.

Rooms range from private doubles and family rooms (21-22 m2) to 6-bed and 8-bed dorms (17 m2). All have en-suite bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. Dorms and some private rooms feature bunk beds with privacy screens and a personal shelf; bed linen is provided but must be fitted by the guest.
