The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from Karlsplatz and a short tram ride from the Oktoberfest grounds. The immediate area is a busy urban hub with supermarkets, restaurants, and bars within a few hundred metres. While the central location is excellent for transport connections, the streets around the station are lively day and night. Guests arriving by car will find public parking on site (€15/day, no reservation). For those arriving by Flixbus, the bus terminal is a 10-minute walk away.

Private rooms measure 18-20 m² and include a safety deposit box, hairdryer, and either a private bathroom or shared facilities. Dormitories offer bunk beds with individual reading lights, USB sockets, and lockable storage under the bed (bring your own padlock or rent one at reception). Bed linen is included, but towels are not provided in dorms (rental €3/stay). All rooms have heating, but none have air conditioning - windows can be opened, though street-facing units may pick up noise. Upper floors are accessible by lift. Note that there are no balconies and no kitchen in the rooms.

Breakfast includes bread, cold meats, cheese, cereals, fresh fruit, and hot drinks, with options for gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan diets. The price is around €6-9 depending on season and booking method. The bar provides a lively setting with a pool table, darts, and live sports broadcasts - perfect for relaxing after a day out. A free drink voucher is given per night, redeemable for beer, wine, or soft drinks. No restaurant is available on site, but numerous eateries and supermarkets are within a 3-minute walk.

The bar area features two pool tables and dart boards, with live sports broadcasts frequently shown. A shared lounge with TV is open during the day, and board games are available for guests. Outside, a small garden with picnic tables and outdoor furniture provides a quiet spot to relax. All activities are included free of charge, except billiards and darts (payable locally). The hotel can also arrange sightseeing tours and day trips upon request.
