Edinburgh Airport is accessible via bus 100 or tram to Haymarket, then a 20-minute walk or taxi (£22). Murrayfield Stadium is a 10-15 minute taxi ride or 30-minute walk. Nearby restaurants include The Everest Nepalese & Indian (0.5 km), Loudons Fountainbridge (0.5 km), and several cafes and pubs within 0.5 km. The Union Canal offers pleasant walking paths and waterside dining. Princes Street Gardens and the Edinburgh Christmas markets are a 15-minute walk.

Room types include double, triple, and quadruple rooms, with private bathrooms featuring a shower and hairdryer. Some rooms are compact, while family rooms (e.g., quadruple with two double beds) are more spacious. Ground-floor rooms are available on request for those with mobility concerns. Rooms have heating, electric kettle, and free toiletries. Cleaning standards can vary; it is advisable to check the room upon arrival and report any issues immediately. Some rooms show signs of wear, and noise from adjacent rooms or the street may be noticeable. Pest control measures are in place.
