The hotel is 300 metres from Karlsplatz and 800 metres from Frauenkirche, placing you within walking distance of Marienplatz, the historic centre, and the main train station. The U-Bahn and tram stop directly outside provides quick access to the airport (29 km away) via S-Bahn connections. The surrounding area is lively with numerous restaurants, shops, and a grocery store next door, though the street can be busy and noisy. Walking to major attractions takes about 10-15 minutes, making the hotel ideal for car-free city exploration.

Rooms range from 9 m2 singles to 25 m2 doubles or triples, all featuring air conditioning, soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with rain shower. Each room includes a small seating area with a desk, a coffee machine, and electronic blinds controlled from the bed. Some rooms have a sofa bed for extra space. Note that rooms are compact - best suited for solo travellers or couples on short stays. There is no wardrobe; only hooks for hanging clothes. No fridge in the room, but reception can store medicine. Road-facing rooms can be noisy; a quieter room on the back side is recommended for light sleepers.

Buddy Hotel does not serve a full breakfast, but from 7:00 am complimentary pastries (croissants, pretzels, bread), fruit, and coffee are set out in the lobby - ideal for a quick start. Vending machines with drinks, snacks, and beer are available 24/7. For a more substantial meal, numerous restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, offering everything from kebabs to Italian cuisine. The hotel has no restaurant or bar, so plan dinner out.

Check-in is automated via a self-service terminal from 15:00 to 23:00; after that, check-in is handled at the nearby Cocoon hotel. Check-out is until 11:00. Luggage storage lockers are available for a €2 coin fee. Free WiFi is provided throughout, though some rooms experience weaker signals. On-site parking costs €24 per day; the garage has a narrow ramp and is best for small cars.
