HOTEL MUENCHEN-OLYMPIAPARK, Munich

All rooms include a desk, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The double room offers one bed, the triple and twin/double rooms have two beds, and the quadruple room provides four beds. High-floor rooms offer panoramic city views. The bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms, which is convenient for groups. Rooms have charging stations by the bed, automatic external blinds, and air conditioning that turns off when windows are opened. Pillows are thin and may need folding for support; standard double rooms provide two pillows. Some rooms have limited hanging space with only hooks and open shelves. Bed comfort varies; bunk beds are functional but the lower-quality mattresses may not suit all sleepers.

The hotel is situated in the Milbertshofen-Am Hart district and is 2 km from BMW Welt and BMW Museum, and 3 km from Olympiapark. Alte Pinakothek and Kunstareal Munchen are 6 km away. The U-Bahn Line 3 station is directly outside the hotel, providing a 20-minute ride to the city center. Onsite private parking is available for €22 per day but cannot be reserved, and the surrounding residential area has limited street parking. The location is ideal for visiting the Olympic Park, BMW Welt, and the exhibition grounds.

Breakfast is a buffet with a variety of options, including non-dairy, gluten-free, and savory choices for special dietary needs. The hotel provides packed breakfast boxes for early departures. Breakfast conditions can be crowded at peak times. The on-site restaurant, H2 Bistro, serves international cuisine and operates daily from 12:00 to midnight. The restaurant offers a bar, coffee shop, snack bar, and a limited menu including pizza. Kids' meals are available free of charge.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Other services include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, packed lunches, and a vending machine for drinks and snacks. Electric vehicle charging stations and accessible parking are available. The hotel also offers a welcome drink. Key-card access and CCTV ensure security. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, and soundproof walls. Family rooms and baby cots are available. Pets are allowed with possible charges.
