Central Station Munich is 1 km on foot, and Oktoberfest - Theresienwiese is 2 km away. The airport (29 km) is a 45-minute ride by S-Bahn or taxi; a tram stop (line 16) is one minute's walk, offering easy access to the main station. The neighbourhood is safe and walkable, with a supermarket 100 metres from the property.

Rooms are larger than typical city-centre sizes and feature a desk, flat-screen cable TV, safe, minibar with daily complimentary drinks, and parquet flooring. Air conditioning and heating are available, though the AC in some attic rooms may not be fully effective - opening the window is a practical alternative. A quiet room on the upper floor (away from street-side restaurant terraces) is recommended for light sleepers, as some rooms facing the street or corridors can pick up noise. Rooms have a door to the bathroom; no rooms have a balcony.

The hotel's restaurant focuses on Mediterranean, German and local cuisine, open daily from 11:30 to 22:00. It offers a vegetarian-friendly menu, kids' meals, and a bar with wine/champagne.
