Munich Central Station is within a short stroll, providing direct rail connections to the airport and trade fair within 40 minutes. The historic city centre and Marienplatz are about a 15-minute walk away. Numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and shops are nearby, including Ca'd'oro (0.5 km) and Zum Augustiner (1 km). The tram stop outside the door offers easy access to the rest of the city.

A range of room categories is available: Comfort, Business, Superior, Deluxe, and Suite. Business rooms offer a generous 21 m2 of space and a balcony. Superior rooms can be configured with a one-piece double bed or two single beds that can be joined. Suite and Deluxe rooms have a double bed (1.80 m wide) with two mattresses. All rooms include a safe, minibar (empty), and soundproofing. Kettles are available on request. Rooms with a balcony (Comfort and Business) provide outdoor space. Please note that no daily housekeeping is provided; a housekeeping station on the second and fifth floors supplies fresh towels and amenities.
