The cruise port is 8 km from the hotel, reachable by taxi or public transport with a couple of changes. Parken Stadium is 3 km away (7 minutes by car/taxi). Copenhagen Central Station is a 20-minute walk, and the historic centre, including the Little Mermaid, is reachable on foot. The metro line provides direct access to the airport (10 km away). The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, and overt street parking is paid.

Room types include double, twin, and quadruple configurations (with bunk beds, loft beds, or pull-out beds). Rooms are purposefully small-described as similar to a ship cabin-and best suited for 1-2 people. Quadruple rooms are very tight for 4; 3 people is also cramped. Upper bunks can be high, with limited railing, so an adult may be more appropriate for the top bed. There is no air conditioning; rooms have heating, but some temperature adjustment may be limited. Windows can be fully opened, and rooms on upper floors are accessible by lift. The bathroom is a compact all-in-one cubicle with a shower, toilet, and sink; the shower tends to wet the entire bathroom. Hairdryers are available at reception upon request. There are no balconies, no kitchen, and no adjoining rooms. Light switches follow a central system that may require the main light to stay on for certain outlets and switches to work. Some rooms may have mould or signs of wear; road-facing rooms can be noisy when windows are open.
