OZO HOTELS CORDIAL AMSTERDAM, Amsterdam

The hotel sits directly on Rokin, a main street connecting Dam Square to the city's shopping and cultural hubs. Tram lines 4 and 14 stop outside, providing direct access to Leidseplein, the Rijksmuseum, and other attractions. The metro station one stop from Central Station is a short walk. Anne Frank House is 11 minutes away on foot, and the UNESCO Canal Belt is 250 metres from the hotel. The immediate area is packed with shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. The Red Light District is a one-minute walk across the street, and the main shopping street Kalverstraat is adjacent.

All rooms are en suite with a shower and hairdryer. Each has a flat-screen TV, safety deposit box, and key card access. Rooms with windows are available, but basement double rooms have no window and no natural light. Noise from the tram can be audible in street-facing rooms until around 1 AM. Upper-floor rooms tend to be quieter than basement accommodations. Some double rooms are very modest in size, especially for two people with luggage. For those who prioritise location over space, the rooms offer a comfortable bed, a functional bathroom, and modern decor. An air conditioning unit is provided in the room. The single room is compact and does not have heating.

The reception is staffed 24 hours a day, providing check-in flexibility and security. Luggage can be left at reception free of charge before check-in or after check-out, making it easy to explore the city without bags. Free Wi-Fi is available in the public areas, though the signal in some rooms can be weaker. Daily housekeeping is provided, but guests can request fresh towels and linen at the desk if needed. A shared lounge/TV area is available. Private valet parking costs €45 per day at a nearby location, but cannot be reserved in advance. The hotel is adults-only and does not allow pets.

The hotel does not have a gym, pool, spa, or other leisure facilities. Its prime location next to Dam Square puts you within a short walk of Madame Tussauds, the Amsterdam Dungeon, the Red Light District, and the main shopping street Kalverstraat. The Rijksmuseum and Museumplein are a 15-minute tram ride away or a pleasant walk of around 20 minutes. The Canal Belt is a 3-minute walk, offering scenic strolls and boat tours.
