Anne Frank House is 11 minutes away on foot, and the UNESCO Canal Belt is 250 metres from the hotel. The immediate area is packed with shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. The Red Light District is a one-minute walk across the street, and the main shopping street Kalverstraat is adjacent.

Rooms with windows are available, but basement double rooms have no window and no natural light. Noise from the tram can be audible in street-facing rooms until around 1 AM.
