CONCOCT MILANO, Milan

The property is a 5-minute walk from Monumentale Metro (purple line MM5) and a 15-minute walk from Garibaldi Metro, making it easy to reach Milan Central Station and the city centre. The tram stop 200 metres away offers direct service to the Duomo. Major landmarks such as Sempione Park and Sforzesco Castle are within an 8-minute stroll. The area is lively day and night, with dozens of Chinese, Italian, and international eateries within a 300-metre radius. For those driving, note that the building sits in a pedestrian zone; approach from Piazza del Cimitero Monumentale or Via Procaccini, and set the GPS to Via Fioravanti 19 to avoid restricted areas. Luggage drop-off is possible in the small street (via Arnolfo di Cambio 8) before parking.

Room types include double rooms (private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, tea/coffee maker, safe), superior rooms with garden access, and apartments with separate living area, kitchenette, and private bathroom. Apartments vary in size and layout: Humus two (the largest) features a hanging cube kitchen and a sunken concrete living room; TOMO has a loft-style sleeping box with OSB-and-larch beam partitions; Humus seven offers direct courtyard garden access; Humus nine and ten are compact minimal spaces designed for efficiency. Ground-floor rooms and apartments include garden access; upper-floor units (first/second floor) have no garden. Some rooms use blackout shutters, others curtains - availability differs by unit. Bed quality is consistently very comfortable, with spacious interiors in the apartments. Noise from the street and shared staircases can affect lower floor front-facing rooms; garden-facing or upper rooms tend to be quieter. Rooms facing the internal staircase may also hear movement from other floors.

The rooftop terrace is available for all guests to use, offering a place to relax or socialise. Certain ground-floor rooms and apartments include a small private garden or patio area with outdoor furniture (table and chairs). The surrounding Chinatown streets are lively for walking and exploring, and Sempione Park (8 minutes away) provides larger green spaces, jogging paths, and the Sforzesco Castle grounds. Communal laundry facilities are available for longer stays.

Reception operates daily from 09:30 to 19:30; outside those hours, staff can be contacted via a WhatsApp number or landline for emergencies. Express check-in and check-out are possible via prior arrangement. Daily housekeeping is included, but some units may only service the bathroom and empty bins unless a full clean is requested. Dry cleaning, ironing, and laundry are available at an additional cost. A safety deposit box is provided in each room, and key card access controls building entry. The building is wheelchair accessible (with staff assistance for the freight elevator), an emergency cord is present in bathrooms, and the accommodation is allergy-free. Babysitting/child services can be arranged for a fee. Cots are available on request. There is no on-site parking, but paid private parking is within 5–7 minutes’ walk.
