DONMUEANG STATION HOTEL, Bangkok

The property is a 10-minute walk from Don Mueang Airport, following the SRT Red Line skywalk (open 5:00-00:00), making it ideal for early morning or late night flights without requiring a taxi. IMPACT Muang Thong Thani is 10 km away, Central Plaza Ladprao is 15 km, and Chatuchak Weekend Market is 18 km. The skywalk route keeps you undercover, so rain or heat is not a concern. Motorcycle taxis are available near the 7-Eleven for a 70 THB ride to the airport terminal. The BTS station and the main train station for the city centre are also easily reached on foot via the same connecting paths.

All rooms are air-conditioned and come with a refrigerator, TV (connectable to Netflix/Prime Video via streaming), and a hairdryer. Single, double, twin, triple, and family room configurations are available. A private bathroom with a shower is standard in most room types, while shared-bathroom options are also offered. Rooms are clean and practical - the mattress tends to be firm, and soundproofing is noted as adequate. City views are available from higher-floor or family rooms. The effective air conditioning is a welcome feature in Bangkok's heat, and each room includes bottled water.

The hotel has its own restaurant for meals, plus a coffee shop and a convenient minimarket for snacks, drinks, and essentials. Within a 1 km radius, guests can find The Corner at Amari Don Muang Airport Bangkok for dining, as well as Fuji Japanese Restaurant. The Coffee Club is located 6 km away. The proximity to the airport means there are also several fast-food and casual dining outlets within the airport concourse, reachable on foot. The 24-hour 7-Eleven immediately adjacent to the hotel offers 24/7 convenience for self-catering needs.

For leisure, the hotel offers a comfortable shared lounge and TV area, along with outdoor furniture for casual seating. A chapel/shrine is available on the property. The relaxed atmosphere is well-suited to transit travellers needing to unwind before or after a flight, though no dedicated spa, pool, or fitness facilities are present. The nearby shopping centres and Chatuchak Weekend Market (18 km) offer broader recreational options for longer stays.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout, and the hotel maintains a 24-hour reception with express check-in/out and private check-in/out services. Security features include 24-hour security, CCTV (inside and outside), key card access, and safety deposit boxes (free). A minimarket, barber/beauty shop, and lockers are on-site. Public parking is possible on site for THB 180 per day (reservation required), and valet parking is also offered. The hotel is fully non-smoking, with a designated smoking area. Family-friendly features include family rooms and a shared lounge/TV area.
