The hotel is on a quiet side street in the Akasaka business and entertainment district, yet is just a 4-minute walk from Akasaka Station. The station provides direct Chiyda Line access to Harajuku, Omotesando, and other central districts. A 7-Eleven is directly across the street, and numerous restaurants, convenience stores (Family Mart), and a specialty coffee shop are within a 5-minute walk. The Hundertwasser Millennium Clock is 4 minutes away on foot. Tokyo Station is about 13 minutes by train, and Harajuku Station about 11 minutes. A paid bicycle parking lot is available near the metro station, and the area is well served by shared e-scooters.

Single rooms have one semi-double bed (120x195 cm) and are compact - adequate for one person or a couple comfortable with close quarters. Twin rooms have two beds and can accommodate up to 4 people, offering more floor space. Some twin rooms are described as spacious and comfortable for two. All rooms include a microwave, fridge, electric kettle, yukata, slippers, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. The private bathrooms are small but complete with a deep bathtub, good water pressure, and instant hot water. Lighting has a dimmer switch. Rooms without windows or with a smoky scent exist; requesting a non-smoking room at booking is recommended.
