Cabinn Apartments is situated in Ørestad, a quiet business district 800 metres from Bella Center and 7 km from Copenhagen Kastrup Airport. The nearest metro stop, Ørestad, is served by the M1 line and train for fast connections to the centre and to Malmö. Fields, a large shopping mall with a supermarket (Bilka), cinema, and several restaurants, is a 5-minute walk. Tivoli Gardens is 7 km away (metro direct). The neighbourhood is calm during the day, but some rooms overlook a parking lot used by trucks and commercial vans, and a smoking area outside the building can be noisy late at night. Public transport is the most practical way to reach the centre; the hotel is well-suited for Bella Center attendees.

All rooms include a private bathroom with shower, a kitchenette (microwave, fridge, kettle, cutlery, plates, glasses - no stove/hotplate), a flat-screen TV, desk, wardrobe, and safety deposit box. The double bed width is 140 cm; the larger rooms have a 180 cm double. The bathroom is very small - the shower is essentially inside the same space as the toilet, with a curtain; the floor gets wet after every shower. Some rooms feature larger floor space near the elevator and can accommodate a wheelchair. There are no adjoining rooms, balconies, or air conditioning. Windows open only a few centimetres; ventilation is limited, and rooms on lower floors facing the smoking area may draw in second-hand smoke. Noise from the hallway and outside traffic can be noticeable - earplugs are recommended. The two-bedroom apartment has no privacy between rooms, so it is best for families or close companions. A baby cot can be rented.

Breakfast is a continental buffet served in the café, offering bread, pastries, cheese, cold cuts, yoghurt, hot and cold drinks, and an elderflower drink. The selection is limited and does not change daily; it is practical but monotonous. The hotel has no restaurant or bar, but a snack bar in the lobby sells drinks and snacks. Fields mall, a 5-minute walk, contains several restaurants (including Mediterranean Kitchen, Cafe Wok, Sunset Boulevard, The American Restaurant & Diner, Cyprus, Bagel Factory, Cafe La Vento) and a large supermarket (Bilka) for self-catering. The in-room kitchenette can store and reheat food but cooking is not allowed; the two communal kitchens in the basement can be used for proper meal preparation.

The fitness centre is open 24/7 and costs 50 DKK per day, 150 DKK per week, or 300 DKK per month. The facility is basic; those wanting a full gym may prefer the nearby SATS, which costs 99 DKK for a day pass. There is no swimming pool, spa, or wellness centre. A shared lounge/TV area and a terrace are available for leisure. The common kitchens have seating areas where guests can dine together.

Reception is staffed 24 hours and can assist with late arrivals, luggage storage (chargeable), and invoice requests (note that combining separate invoices into a single invoice is not possible - separate invoices are not issued after a single invoice is created). Wi-Fi is free in all areas and generally stable. Laundry service is self-service (45 DKK wash, 50 DKK dry) or full-service for an additional charge. There is an ironing room. Two communal kitchens are available in the basement, fully equipped, and can be used at any time. Meeting/banquet facilities and fax/photocopying are available for an extra charge. Bicycle rental (chargeable) and a bicycle parking rack (at one's own risk) are offered. Parking is private, on-site, costs 175 DKK per day, and does not accept reservations; it can accommodate vehicles up to 2 m high, and an electric vehicle charging station is present. Safety features include CCTV, key-card access, smoke alarms, and a safety deposit box (free). The property accepts American Express, Visa, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, UnionPay, and MasterCard.
