Single rooms are notably small (about 6x6 ft), while the two-bedroom family apartments are large and well-suited for groups. Street-facing rooms experience traffic noise, especially with windows open for ventilation - no air conditioning is available. Courtyard-side rooms are quieter. Daily housekeeping and complimentary bottled water are provided. An elevator serves floors 1-5 (the ground floor is not room floor 1).

Breakfast (€20) includes scrambled and boiled eggs, fish slices, salmon, white beans, fresh fruits, dates, nuts, cereals, jams, cheese, butter, pretzels, croissants, hot chocolate, cranberry juice, and coffee. Newspapers are available. In warm weather, breakfast can be enjoyed in the front garden. The breakfast room can be busy; on peak mornings, a short wait is possible.
