The surrounding area is well-connected on foot and by public transport, making a car unnecessary. Note that nearby parking is limited and expensive (€22 per day).

Rooms are basic and small, prioritising location over space. Each includes a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, flat-screen TV, heating, and carpeted floors. Some rooms face the interior staircase with a window that can be opened but may allow noise from the stairs. Windowless rooms have air conditioning. No lift is available, so upper floors require climbing stairs. Family rooms can accommodate up to five adults with basic bedding. Extra beds are not possible. The compact size and thin walls make this property best suited for travellers who plan to spend most of their time exploring the city.

Breakfast is not served, and there is no restaurant or bar within the property. A shared lounge with vending machines (drinks and snacks) is available.
