Location

SeventyFive sits on a canal in central Amsterdam, just 5-10 minutes on foot from Central Station, Dam Square, and the Red Light District.
The Rembrandt House is a 7-minute walk away, and major attractions like Rembrandtplein, Beurs van Berlage, and A'DAM Lookout are within 5 km. Schiphol Airport is 18 km from the hotel, easily reached by train from Central Station. Around fifty restaurants are within 300 metres, from Vietnamese to Italian. The area is well served by trams and buses. Despite the central location, rooms facing the inner courtyard are particularly quiet, and the street itself is calm at night.

Accommodation

Rooms feature private bathrooms with walk-in showers, city or canal views, and amenities including free WiFi, streaming services, tea/coffee makers, and work desks.
All rooms have a hairdryer, free toiletries, and a wardrobe. The Twin Room with City View is the only room with air conditioning. Family Junior Suites are semi-basement with windows and a separate entrance, offering a separate living area and sofa bed. The family suite can become warm; a fan is available on request. For light sleepers, the historic building is not sound-insulated - inner courtyard rooms are noticeably quieter. Beds are consistently described as very comfortable; twin beds in the City View room can be moved apart for separate sleeping. Only one room has twin beds; all others have double beds.

Breakfast is not included or served on site, but the host provides a comprehensive list of recommended nearby cafés, bakeries, and restaurants.
For guests wanting a morning meal, many excellent breakfast spots are within a 5-minute walk. Approximately eight restaurants - including Italian, Vietnamese, Thai, and steakhouse options - are located within 300 metres of the hotel. Rooms come equipped with a Nespresso or Tassimo machine, tea kettle, a selection of teas, and stroopwafels. A mini fridge is also provided, allowing guests to store their own provisions for breakfast or snacks.

Free WiFi, private check-in/out, 24-hour security, and bicycle parking are included; no lift, parking, or on-site luggage storage after checkout.
The hotel offers key-access security with CCTV outside, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. Housekeeping is available on request. Luggage storage before check-in is often possible, but after checkout guests may use the paid storage lockers at Amsterdam Central Station.
