The touring section's hardstanding pitches are well-laid-out and separated by hedges, though the main paths around the park can become muddy after rain. For families visiting Edinburgh, the bus service makes a car optional.

The accommodation is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday home with a living room. The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and a coffee machine. Bedrooms have wardrobes and carpeted floors. Some caravans feature a patio or decking with outdoor furniture. Beds are generally considered comfortable, though some sofas and mattresses have been described as needing attention; bringing personal throws may be practical. Sofa bed linen is provided.
