The hotel is situated on a central street in the Soho district, 500 metres from Malaga Cathedral and within a 5-minute walk of numerous restaurants, shops, and bars. The train station (serving the airport and city) is about 10 minutes on foot, and the main bus stop for the airport is 100 metres away. The beach (Malagueta) is a 15-minute walk. The taxi rank directly outside the hotel provides quick access around the city. For those driving, paid public parking is available 100-200 metres away with a hotel discount. The area is safe and well-connected, making it a practical base for exploring both the historic centre and the port.

All rooms have a private bathroom with either a bath or shower, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a laptop safe, a telephone, a minibar (topped up daily), and a coffee maker. Some rooms include a balcony and parquet flooring. Room sizes differ significantly - while some are spacious, many standard double rooms are notably small, with limited storage (typically only a rail with a few hangers) and no drawer space, making longer stays or unpacking difficult. Road-facing rooms can be noisy from street traffic and nearby bars, whereas inner courtyard rooms are quieter. Upper-floor rooms with sloping ceilings can become hot despite air conditioning.
