The aparthotel is 20 km from Tenerife South Airport. The hill is steep; walking to the beach area takes 15-20 minutes downhill, but the return climb is strenuous, especially with children or shopping. Taxis to Fanabe Beach cost €6-10 and are available from reception, though queues can form in the evening. Nearby Gran Sur shopping centre (with supermarket and shops) and SuperDino are a 5-minute walk downhill. Siam Park is 10 minutes by car.

Apartment types range from studios to three-bedroom units, all featuring a separate living area, tiled floors, TV, safe, and tea/coffee maker. Bed configurations include 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6 beds. Kitchens contain a stovetop, oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer. Some one-bedroom apartments have a washing machine; two-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms and the washing machine is standard in some units. Rooms facing the main corridors or low floors can suffer noise from luggage movement and foot traffic. Higher floors and sea-view units are quieter and offer unobstructed views. Air conditioning is available but can be noisy; road-facing rooms may not suit light sleepers.
