The apartments are just a 10-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute walk from a shopping centre with supermarkets and restaurants. The area is very central, with easy access to taxis, a bus service outside the property, and the main Las Americas bus station nearby. Tenerife South Airport is 15 km (about a €30 taxi ride). The location is well-rated for walkability and convenience to nightlife, bars, and the beach.

Accommodation ranges from compact studios to spacious one-bedroom and duplex two-bedroom apartments. All have a private bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and satellite TV. Some apartments feature a private terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Studios are located at the end of the complex; some rooms are under the pool area and may be dark or humid. Road-facing or under-pool rooms can be noisy, especially from early morning. Many units have been recently renovated, but some remain dated with old furnishings. Beds vary: some are comfortable, others are old with sagging springs. Request a renovated room if possible. Air conditioning is only present in rooms without a kitchen; otherwise, fans can be rented.

The Tinerfe Garden restaurant is open daily from 08:00 to 23:00, offering a large menu at reasonable prices with generous portions. Breakfast is available (around €3) and includes continental options. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner, with dishes such as BBQ lamb chops and pork tenderloin receiving positive feedback. The poolside snack bar provides drinks and light meals during the day. For those who prefer self-catering, the kitchenettes are well-equipped, and the nearby shopping centre offers fresh groceries.

The pool is heated and open throughout the year, making it usable even in cooler months. The pool area features sun loungers and umbrellas, plus a bar for drinks and snacks. Additional leisure activities include billiards, table tennis, and a golf course within 3 km (all for a surcharge). A water park is available off-site (additional charge). The complex also has a solarium and sun terrace. There is no spa or wellness centre.

The 24-hour reception offers luggage storage (free of charge), concierge service, currency exchange, and an ATM on site. A tour desk can arrange car or bicycle hire. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property but may be slow (approx. 3 Mbps). Private parking costs €10 per day and must be reserved in advance.
