The property is located on the Adeje coastline, right on Fañabé beach, offering direct access to the seaside walkway. The area is a top-rated zone in Adeje, with an excellent location score of 9.4. Within a 300-metre radius, you will find over a dozen dining and entertainment venues including international restaurants, pizzerias, and ice-cream parlours. The commercial centres and supermarkets are also within easy walking distance. Tenerife Sur Airport is 15 km away (roughly a 15-minute drive, €32 by taxi), and Teide National Park is 30 km from the complex. For car-free exploration, the beachfront path provides a scenic coastal route to other parts of Adeje. Car hire is available on-site, and bicycle rental is also offered.

All units feature a furnished terrace, a private bathroom with a hairdryer, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a rental safe. The studios are open-plan with twin beds in the living area, separated from the kitchen by a wall. The one-bedroom apartments include a separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Some rooms have been refurbished to a modern standard, with new bathrooms and kitchens. Many units offer sea views, especially the Superior Room with Sea View category and some two-bedroom apartments. A complimentary minibar, bathrobes, and slippers are included in certain room types. Room temperature and noise can vary: road-facing apartments may be noisier, while pool-facing rooms are typically quieter. Air conditioning is present in all living rooms and works effectively. Bedding quality varies: some beds are reported as comfortable, others as creaky or uncomfortable. Daily housekeeping is provided.

The main restaurant, the Buffet Restaurant, is open for breakfast and dinner in a romantic setting with international cuisine. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of options, including hot dishes, fresh bread, pastries, and local Spanish specialities. Dinner is also a buffet, with a substantial selection including paella, and is praised for its quality. The Pool Snack Bar serves brunch, lunch, high tea, and cocktails in a traditional setting, offering drinks and snacks (crisps, etc.) but no full food menu. The Lounge Bar offers dinner and cocktails in a romantic atmosphere. The pool bar only accepts card payments. Drinks are not included in half-board packages and must be purchased separately. Within a short walk, many restaurants and bars line the promenade.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated by solar panels and is open all year round. It is a lagoon-shaped pool with sun loungers and umbrellas provided. There is also a dedicated children's pool, making it popular for families. The pool area is large, with plenty of sun beds and a spacious sun terrace on the roof, which also offers sea views. For sport, table tennis is available on-site, and off-site cycling and hiking can be arranged (with additional charge). The property is beachfront, giving direct access to Fañabé beach. There is a public bath on the premises (free of charge). No spa or wellness centre is located inside the property. The pool area is open from 10:00 to 18:00 during the warmer months.

The reception is open 24 hours and offers luggage storage, which is useful for early arrivals before 15:00 check-in. A self-service laundry with washing machine and dryer is located next to reception. Daily housekeeping is included and free. Beach towels can be rented at reception with a €10 deposit each. A rental safe is available in the rooms for an additional charge. Safety deposit boxes, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers are fitted. Car hire and bicycle rental services can be arranged at the reception. The property has one lift, and some apartments are on ground level, which is helpful for guests with mobility issues. Pocket mobility scooters (foldable) are allowed, but the complex requests they be folded and stored in the room. No on-site parking is available, but a public garage is nearby (€16/day). Airport shuttle is not offered.
