Colón Marina is 350 metres away, and the beach is reachable in under five minutes on foot. Tenerife Sur Airport is a 20-minute drive. A taxi rank sits directly across the road, and a bus stop is about 100 metres downhill, providing practical connections for exploring the island without a car. The immediate surroundings are lively: several bars, shops and international restaurants are on the doorstep, and the area is popular among families and couples. Road-facing rooms may pick up late-night music from nearby venues, so a location on the pool or inner side tends to be quieter.

Studios sleep up to three with two single beds and a sofa bed; one-bedroom apartments add a separate living area and bedroom; two-bedroom units accommodate up to five. All rooms include a private bathroom with a bath or shower, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a rental safe, and a kitchenette equipped with hob, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge. Some apartments feature a pool with a view or sea-view terraces; others may face a wall or the entrance courtyard, so the view category should be checked at booking. Rooms are described as clean and functional but often noted as dated, with furniture and decor that some find tired. Most rooms do not have air conditioning - only portable tower fans are provided, which can struggle during summer heat. Road-facing rooms can be noisy from late-night bars until around 02:00. Guests on half board can sometimes swap their evening meal for lunch if arranged with staff. Three outdoor swimming pools are open all year and heated during winter; the main pool is large enough for swimming, while a medium pool and a separate shallow kids' pool cater to different needs. The pool area can become crowded, and sunbeds are at a premium - a daily queue forms before opening. Tennis, table tennis, billiards, darts, and a games room are available, with some equipment available for an extra charge. Bicycle rental is offered (additional charge). An entertainment team runs poolside activities (aqua aerobics, water polo, darts), a kids' club for younger children, and evening shows such as live music, singers, and karaoke.
